The app also gives users the ability to browse nearby transactions. This gives savvy real estate investors, home buyers and professional brokers a quick way to compare different transactions. Also, users can view all historical transactions of a given neighborhood or zip code as well as trends of transaction price distribution over time. The app has supported over 1700 neighborhood information and 750 zip codes across New Jersey and New York City.
Additionally, the app sources additional information such as police reports, noises complaints, major constructions, Starbucks and fine dining restaurants density, and provide valuable information about the vicinity of a given property, neighborhood and zip code (NYC only). Vicinity information plus nearby historical properties records can provide users valuable insights about price trends of a particular building and surrounding neighborhood.
